Nepalina Listing Agent Agreement, Liability Protection & Code of Conduct

This Listing Agent Agreement (“Agreement”) governs participation in the Nepalina Listing Agent Program.

By applying to become or acting as a Listing Agent on the Nepalina platform, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.

The purpose of this agreement is to:

• Protect Nepalina, businesses listed on the platform, and listing agents through clear expectations, good-faith conduct, and practical limits on liability.
• Set out how listing agents may represent businesses, use platform tools, and participate in commissions or incentives offered by the site operator.
• Support accurate listings, respectful community behaviour, and compliance with applicable laws and platform policies.

1. Relationship and authority

Listing agents are independent participants in the program, not employees or agents of Nepalina unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. You may not bind Nepalina or imply an official partnership beyond what the program materials state.

2. Accurate listings and representations

You agree to provide truthful information about businesses and services you submit or manage, to obtain permission from business owners where required, and not to mislead users about pricing, availability, affiliation, or endorsements.

3. Compliance

You will follow all applicable laws, Nepalina’s Terms of Service and community guidelines, and any commission, payout, or promotional rules communicated by the site operator.

4. Confidentiality and data

You will protect non-public information you receive through the program and use personal data only as permitted by law and Nepalina’s Privacy Policy.

5. Liability protection (summary)

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nepalina provides the platform and program on an “as is” basis. Nepalina is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for disputes between you and businesses or third parties. Nothing in this Agreement limits liability that cannot legally be limited. The site operator may update this Agreement; material changes may require a new acceptance or acknowledgment in the product.

6. Code of conduct

You will treat Nepalina staff, businesses, and users professionally; avoid harassment, discrimination, spam, or manipulation; and report security or abuse issues through the channels provided by Nepalina.

7. Suspension and termination

Nepalina may suspend or remove program access for violations of this Agreement or platform rules, or where necessary to protect users or the integrity of the marketplace.
